We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all our courses. If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • You have viewed less than 30% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded a significant portion of the downloadable resources
  • Technical issues with our platform prevent you from accessing the course, and our support team cannot resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe
  • The course content significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • Your request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • You have viewed more than 30% of the course content
  • You have downloaded a significant portion of the course materials
  • You have completed quizzes, assignments, or received a course completion certificate
  • You purchased the course during a special promotion that was explicitly labeled as "non-refundable"
  • You are seeking a refund due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., changes in your personal financial situation, insufficient time to complete the course, etc.)

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Send an email to refunds@comnersfomecon.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order number, and the name of the course(s) for which you are requesting a refund
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

3.2 Processing Time

We will review your refund request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days from the approval date. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, typically 5-10 business days.

3.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used to make the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments will be refunded to the original card
  • PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account
  • Other payment methods will be refunded according to their standard refund procedures

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may issue partial refunds if:

  • You purchased a course bundle and wish to keep some courses but return others
  • You have accessed a significant portion of the course but experienced legitimate issues with specific portions
  • We determine that a partial refund is appropriate based on your specific situation

The amount of the partial refund will be determined at our discretion, taking into account the portion of the course you have accessed and the nature of your refund request.

5. Special Promotions and Discounts

Courses purchased during special promotions may have different refund terms. If a promotion is labeled as "non-refundable," no refunds will be issued for purchases made under that promotion. For discounted courses, refunds will be based on the actual purchase price, not the original list price.

6. Bundle Purchases

If you purchased a course bundle:

  • Returning the entire bundle: You will receive a refund for the full bundle price if you meet the eligibility requirements
  • Returning individual courses within a bundle: We may issue a partial refund equal to the difference between the bundle price and the regular price of the courses you wish to keep, minus any applicable discount

7. Subscription Services

For any subscription-based services we may offer:

  • Monthly subscriptions: You can cancel at any time, and you will have access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription month
  • Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 30 days of the start of your annual subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, you may receive a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription, less any applicable discounts

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please include these details in your refund request.
